I do not believe in happy endings. I haven’t seen them, not so much that I start to believe in them. Like others, hopelessness is an emotion too. Feel it until you can’t anymore.
I have begun to see you afresh,
like I haven’t met you as yet,
like the earlier phase when we had just begun
to know each other through more conversation.
Music keeps my body and life moving. I lose count of the number of rounds I take and hardly take notice if I am feeling cold or tired when I keep singing while I am walking in rounds.
Whatever harms you or is not serving you in any way, just cut it out. Be it a situation or a person, if it is harming your mental peace, just subtly cut them off from your life.
Struggle, and not fulfillment,
makes the journey of life complete
which induces the flow of vehement
emotions throughout my body.
Overestimation is the cause of suicides but at times, also of success. Contemplation is a good habit that saves us from many troubles but overthinking ruins it all. It harms our self-image and self-confidence. It prevents us from working hard to achieve our goals by making us afraid or lazy.
I met a man who was in dire need of love.
He appeared to be harmful.
Everyone told me he has ill intentions.
Since he seemed untrustworthy and disloyal,
they warned me and asked me to be careful.
Do you realise how many times do we curse our lives daily? Why do we forget that we have what many don’t have in their lives? Why are we so ungrateful? Why have we developed a habit of taking everything, especially life, for granted?
You will gain nothing by sitting idle. Bit- by- bit, you need to work for it. If you notice carefully how you achieved what you did, you will notice that making efforts towards achieving your aim became an unconscious habit and hence, success welcomed you, applauding for you at its door before you could hear its footsteps.
I don’t think I am working
because I don’t feel like I do.
Freedom is the emotion I keep feeling.
It provides me satisfaction that in it’s nature is very true.
