Bruised

She was once made to feel so conscious

That she became too cautious.

Now, she doesn’t care as much

About the judgements of others.

Whatever she did, she was posed against.

She was made to feel like she must disappear.

What, then, will make a difference

If now, she just does not care?

If you don’t love her, you don’t matter.

In her world, you are absent.

Saying sweet lines won’t make her flatter

If she can see through your hidden malicious intent.

In connections, she was made to feel used.

Such a gem was subjected to her value being reduced.

Whenever she sought love, she was bruised.

She was made to cry; was wrongly accused.
