It’s fascinating. It looks like a jungle in its own- with its own ecosystem and the outer shield of the vessel acts as the exosphere. The vegetables live within its heat and grow into finality, mixing into each other and a few other grinded, extracted and refined members like the salt and red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander leaves.
They hold hands and whirl around, twist and turn and dance to finally submerge into each other to make the final dish but also somehow, each of them are significant and the taste buds’ families recognise them all. Sometimes, some of the members of the ecosystem are refused to be accepted by the family members of the taste buds.
The strands separated from the fragile fragmented bodies of a few members overlap the other solid members to play their role of adding to the taste of it all. Some add spice to the life through the taste buds. The solid members play their role of presentation. There is so much yet nothing is watered down. All of them together bring water into everyone’s mouths.
