O my love,

I don’t know what to say

Even though I have a lot-

Many thoughts that I want to convey,

Feelings for each other that we will express.

I don’t know where you reside.

You aren’t physically by my side.

I can’t rush you, the time or the process.

I have achieved a lot in my life

Yet peace remains to be my reason to strive.

I am passing each day, trying to survive;

Feeling you but not meeting makes it tough to thrive.

I don’t feel like going out; rather stay in,

Try to connect with you as much as I can.

You are out of the reach of my hands.

I can’t hear you which makes me sad.

There are people around me

Who cause me to be happy;

We can physically meet.

But you are currently out of my reach.
