There, in the darkness,
you can see her standing figure.
The struggle to keep her pieces together
is clearly and visibly evident.
She likes the darkness.
One doesn’t need to be in the light
and push oneself to perform all the time
or keep fighting the wrong standards.
She cannot even play along
in the game of pretence anymore.
She cannot forcibly show
that she is ‘calm and composed’.
Just like all the other genders,
she, too, is labeled
after being judged on various parameters.
Her face reflects how much is she tired.
