Start with a lie to get to the truth. You may not feel that you are worthy. Lie to yourself that you feel you are. Lie until it becomes your truth,until you almost forget what it is to feel unworthy except the days when lying doesn’t work anymore.
Feel your emotions every time. Segregate the negative ones and try to counter them with a positive lie. Don’t ignore your authentic emotions, even if they are negative, or you won’t be aware of what do you have to work upon. Work on them to improve.
Lie about your negative emotions to yourself if it builds up your confidence and makes you feel better and more accepting towards yourself, not when the consequence is opposite. The goal is not to feel bad. The goal is know and embrace your truth.
