There is so much unrest all around me

in each and every aspect and all the fields

in and out of my country

that I can’t remain at peace

even if I want to be.

 

I am unable to decide

about what opinions should I hold, 

who should I support

and what should I believe.

 

Is it a question of democracy 

or my safety

or their identity

or even if this should concern me? 

 

What do I do? 

I want to be at peace

but I can’t ignore the news

of the unrest in the country. 

 

I already can’t differentiate

between reality and illusion. 

Then, how do I take a decision

about the stance that I should take

rightly in this situation?
