How often do we forget to inhale

the vitality in the air around us.

Our faces turn pale

as soon as we face another stressful stimulus. 

 

The pressure of work, 

to gain some perk

and to behave in a certain way

takes all of our happiness away.

 

We forget to be ourselves

in working from ten to twelves.

Our mundane and tiring routine

turn us into living machines.

 

So, switch off your buttons

and behave like humans.

Let all the stress release.
