Try not to hype

things up in your mind.

Don’t rush things and situations.

Don’t let uncertainty lead to frustration. 

Try to focus on your breath through meditation.

Don’t let your anxiety be ruined by extreme of imagination.


It is not so easy

to do as it is to say

but you need to realise that it is really

just your mind at play.


Look around.

Everything is calm.

Try to not pay heed to your inner alarm.

You are well and sound.


Take a deep breath

and try to release the stress

as you exhale the air. 

Try to feel the calm in the atmosphere.
