Change requires effort, patience and self-confidence. I am saying this again. Just because you require change doesn’t mean that you should start hating yourself in the present. You can strive for better while loving yourself.
Take small steps towards healthy change. Whether someone takes notice of it or not doesn’t matter. You need to change for yourself. Many men, many minds. Ignore whatever feels negative. Try to grasp the point of their conversation and think about it positively. Start working on it. People would not keep count of your efforts but failures. Brush off such negative thoughts that they try to induce in you through showing concern or mocking you.
They are the same people who would claim their contribution in your growth later. This journey of growth is all about you. Don’t change to bring them down, seeking your revenge. You are not liable to prove yourself correct to anyone.
